Creativity takes many forms, from pottery, photography, fine arts to dance; painting, calligraphy, drawing, to videography, music and poetry. My creativity often takes its form through the medium of food. There is much to learn about food and how to make use, partner and combine ingredients. The art of using elements such as fire, water, wood, metal and earth in the prepare of food to enjoy.
I am but a beginner in this area, of learning new ingredients that I never even heard of growing up. Discovering new foods, experimenting and experimenting again until it’s right is a great adventure. My latest new attempt has been a few simple Vietnamese dishes. Loved for their involvement of so many delicious tasting ingredients, freshness and cooler temperature.
